The 11th Balkan Countries CHODs Conference, on “Geopolitical Stability in South-East Europe – Energy Routes” drew to a close on Wednesday 10 May 2017, in Athens, with the participation of the Chiefs of Defence of Greece, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Montenegro, FYROM, Romania, Serbia, and Turkey. The Chairpersons of the Military Committees of NATO and the EU, the Commander of Allied Joint Force Command Naples, the Chief of Defence of Slovenia and Croatia’s Chief of Staff also attended the proceedings of the meeting.
The President of the Hellenic Republic, Prokopis Pavlopoulos, Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos, and Alternate Minister of Defence Dimitris Vitsas also honoured the meeting with their presence.
ELIT Language Services provided all interpreting services, during both the Conference itself and the bilateral meetings that took place following the conclusion of the meeting.
ELIT Language Services’ team of interpreters consisted of eight accredited interpreters from four different countries who covered the interpreting needs into and from Greek, Turkish, Bulgarian, English, and Serbian.
