The Committee of the Regions of the European Union chose ELIT Language Services to provide interpreting services at the 19th COTER Commission Meeting (Territorial Cohesion Policy and EU budget) on Wednesday, 6 June 2018 in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia.
At the COTER Commission meeting, the proposal was discussed for the next multiannual financial framework (MFF) 2021-2027, including the draft decision on EU resources which was approved by the European Commission on 2 May 2018. Of course, the effects of the MFF on cities and regions in the European Union were the key issue.
For the purposes of the multi-lingual conference, 17 selected interpreters from all over Europe were recruited. The ELIT group of interpreters covered the task of interpreting into and from Bulgarian, Czech, German, Greek, English, French, Croatian, Polish, Slovenian and Swedish.
